SCANNING SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR DETECTING OPEN PORTS AND ACTIVE SERVICES. ALL COLLECTED DATA IS PUBLIC AND COLLECTED EXCLUSIVELY FROM PUBLICLY AVAILABLE SOURCES.
SCANNING OF OPEN RANGES OF COUNTRIES PRESENTED ON THE SERVICE IS POSSIBLE EXCLUSIVELY FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, FOR COLLECTING STATISTICS, OR AS BASIC MATERIAL FOR SCIENTIFIC WORKS, RESEARCH, AND OTHER. THE USE OF THE SCANITEX SERVICE FOR PURPOSES THAT ARE AIMED AT HARMING THIRD PARTIES AS WELL AS FOR PURPOSES THAT ARE PROHIBITED BY THE LEGISLATION OF THE TARGET COUNTRY IS PROHIBITED.
The Client understands and acknowledges that the Scanning Services by their nature will be invasive and intrusive and will include attempts by Scanitex or its Agents, as the case may be, to be recognized as an attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Client's Systems, to notify the Client of these vulnerabilities and which Client System in particular is vulnerable to intrusion, damage and/or unauthorized use, (ii) may result in unintentional damage to the Client's System due to differences between network systems, (iii) may cause an excessive number of log messages, resulting in excessive disk space increase, (iv) may cause degradation of the client system due to attempts to scan a large list of ports, including, but not limited to, possible "slowdown," "freezing," or "crash" of the client system. The Client hereby gives his informed consent to the scanning of the Client's systems by Scanitex and its Agents for the sole purpose of providing the assessment services provided herein.
We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove parts of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly before using our website to be aware of any changes. We will try to indicate any significant or important changes for you where possible. If you choose to use our website, we will consider this use as irrefutable evidence of your consent and acceptance that these terms govern your rights and obligations towards you and Scanitex.
An important precondition for your use of our website is your agreement and consent that Scanitex is not legally liable for any loss or damage you may suffer in connection with your use of the website, servers, or products hosted on the pages of our website, whether due to errors or omissions in our document or information, or any services we may offer, or any other use of the website. You use any information or materials on this website entirely at your own risk, for which we are not responsible.
You are fully responsible for possible harm, equipment failure, or slowdown of the objects and networks you scan. Port scanning may be perceived as aggressive or as an intrusion attempt by the scanning object. All such complaints are handled by our Abuse Team.
You are responsible for ensuring that any products, services, or information available through this website meet your specific personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You must be over 18 years old to use this site and purchase any services.
The service is considered fully provided after the scanning results become available to the user who placed the order. Refunds are possible in case of service downtime of at least three days, in full amount, minus the time of service use.
We do not provide security scanning services. We scan only for the presence of open ports and determine active services on these ports. All data is public and legal.
The use of our service must not violate the laws of the target country and must comply with all applicable regulatory requirements. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using our service.
